Photography Terms & Services Agreement
Session Length & Deliverables
Each standard photoshoot session includes 1 hour of shooting time and comes with 20 professionally edited digital images. These final images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2 weeks of your session date.
Additional Images
Clients have the option to purchase additional edited images beyond the included 20 at a rate of $5 per image. You may select and request additional images directly from your gallery.
Payment & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due by the start of your scheduled session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your session, it may be shortened or canceled without refund, depending on the remaining time available and photographer’s schedule.
Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather (such as heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe outdoor conditions), the session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Tamara reserves the right to determine whether weather conditions require rescheduling. If rescheduling is not possible within a reasonable time frame, your deposit may be credited toward a future session.
Image Rights & Usage
Tamara Dolski retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive personal usage rights and may share their images for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., printing, social media, announcements). Commercial use or distribution without prior written consent is not permitted.
Gallery Access & Storage
Your online gallery will be available for 30 days. Please download and back up your selected images during this time, as gallery access and file storage are not guaranteed beyond the delivery period.
